WE ARE HIRING
Reporting to the Sales Manager West Africa, the Sales Representative will be the key commercial link between SIPA and its clients and prospects in the Ivory Coast. This is a field-intensive role requiring a self-starter who thrives on building relationships and identifying new business opportunities in a technically complex environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct daily customer visits and identify new investment and growth opportunities.
- Build and expand SIPA's brand awareness among bottler and converter prospects in the Ivory Coast.
- Secure high-level meetings for the Sales Manager, West Africa, to present SIPA solutions.
- Map new potential partners and maintain an up-to-date prospect database.
- Identify market needs and ensure SIPA's participation in all relevant projects across the Ivory Coast.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities and market intelligence.
- Follow up on customer meetings with clear, structured reports.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager West Africa and the Regional Manager Africa.

- Strong understanding of B2B sales dynamics and long sales cycles.
- Ability to collect technical client feedback and translate needs into actionable reports.

- Passionate, keen to learn, and not deterred by rejection.
QUALIFICATIONS ET EXPERIENCE
- Education: Engineering Degree (any relevant field);
- Experience: 2–5 years in B2B Capital Equipment Sales.
