Transsion recrute un(e) HRBP Specialist
Traness is an energy solutions company under the Transsion ecosystem, focused on providing reliable and innovative energy products across emerging markets. As part of our expansion across Francophone West Africa, we are looking for a Junior HRBP with strong recruitment capability to support business growth and people operations across the region.
This role will support HR activities in Burkina Faso and other Francophone West African markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as an HRBP partner to business teams, supporting employee relations, onboarding, probation follow-up, employee engagement, attendance tracking, and daily HR operations.
- Take ownership of recruitment activities for Francophone West African markets, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer follow-up, and onboarding support.
- Build and maintain effective recruitment channels, including LinkedIn, local job boards, referrals, agencies, universities, and professional networks.
- Support talent mapping, salary benchmarking, and market intelligence to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HQ HR teams to understand workforce needs and drive timely recruitment delivery.
- Support employee communication, policy implementation, performance follow-up, and basic disciplinary case handling.
- Ensure employee records and HR documentation are accurate and compliant with local labour laws and company policies.
- Assist with HR reporting, including recruitment updates, headcount tracking, and employee data management.
- Coordinate with external vendors such as recruitment agencies, payroll providers, and legal partners when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Law, or related fields.
- 2–4 years of HR experience, with strong hands-on recruitment experience required.
- Good understanding of HRBP functions and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong sourcing capability and ability to identify talent beyond job posting platforms.
- Familiarity with labour law in Burkina Faso or other Francophone West African countries is an advantage.
- Fluent French is required; English must be workable for meetings, emails, and reporting.
- Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced and changing business environment.
- Experience in multinational companies, telecom, energy, FMCG, fintech, or related industries is a plus.
